WTF Stash is a business in the retail industry which markets sneakers and streetwear.
Orders will be confirmed and billed via the email address provided on the order form. Final invoice amount to be paid in full before shipping. Goods will only be shipped once full amount reflects in sender’s account.
WTF Stash Online Store offers worldwide shipping. Orders received from outside the borders of South Africa will be billed accordingly and shipping charges can be seen on checkout.
Please note orders under R800 will include a shipping fee of R100.00 Products marked as ‘1 per customer’ are restricted to 1 per customer, any orders containing more will be cancelled.
In some cases, due to the nature of the online store, overselling may occur resulting in refunds.
Handling time may vary from 1-3 days on average depending on the dispatch load.
Orders placed before 2PM on any given day usually dispatch the same day.
Customers will be contacted in the event of a stock issue or a delay of dispatch.
A tracking number for each order will be provided via email upon shipment.
International delivery can take anywhere from 5-30 working days to arrive, depending on customs. However, the average is 7 working days.
We will only deem a package lost if it has not arrived at the destination after 60 days. At this stage we will issue a full replacement.
We do not accept international returns/exchanges. WTF Stash takes no responsibility for returned packages with incorrectly provided addresses. Should a package return – customer can opt for a refund less shipping fee, or to pay an additional shipping fee for a re-shipment. Additional fees may apply for shoes with special or oversized packaging.
All sales are final. No refunds. This is most applicable to incorrect size choice by the customer.
Returns are accepted in very specific instances, and are subject to agreement to the retu’rns policy and completion and acceptance of the returns form.
Clearance/Sale product: may not be refunded or exchanged. All Clearance sales are final and will not be accepted for refunds or exchanges.
Store credit may not be used on limited/hyped releases.
Delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays, and are subject to signature authorisation.
Shipments go out Monday through Friday, not including public holidays.
Orders with incorrect billing information, or requiring additional verification, will be delayed.
In the case of returned shipments, the customer is responsible for any and all additional shipping fees incurred.

International buyers: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
All shoes and clothing are 100% authentic. We do not sell, accept, or otherwise deal with fakes or factory variants. Buy with confidence as all shoes offered for sale are thoroughly inspected by experienced staff for condition and authenticity.
This site serves as a full online sneaker and street wear clothing store and nothing else; no other items will be billed or shipped from this site.
WTF Stash takes all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users.
WTF Stash accepts various secure payment methods.
Credit card transactions will be acquired for WTF Stash via Peach Payments , the approved payment gateway for Sweep South, Netflorist, Pargo etc. Peach Payments uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website. Users may go to peachpayments.com to view their security certificate and security policy.
WTF Stash has no access to card details entered by the client on Peach Payments secure site. The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
WTF Stash has currency converter functionality. The figures displayed are updated automatically from Yahoo throughout the day. WTF Stash is not responsible for slight differences in fees.
PayPal orders are charged in US dollars this conversion will be based on the South African Rand at the time with a 5% conversion fee (this doesn’t include your bank fees which will be included on the charge).
WTF Stash takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction, including sale of goods and services sold on this website; customer service and support; dispute resolution; and delivery of goods.
WTF Stash may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.

To be eligible for a return, or exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original, undamaged packaging i.e. the WTF Stash carton it is shipped in. Should you not ship it in this carton, there will be penalties due to damage on product.
In the event of a return due to a customer fault, such as the ordering of the incorrect size, the customer will be fully liable for all return shipping fees incurred.
In the case of a refund however, WTF Stash will deduct R200.00 from the order amount to cover all shipping costs including the original delivery cost.
In the event of a return due to a WTF Stash fault, WTF Stash will cover full shipping fees incurred.
